Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all social media packages, subscriptions and services purchased from BLOCKBUSTERS.

1. Monthly subscriptions

  • Packages are billed monthly in advance by auto-debit (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate). There is no long-term contract.
  • You can cancel anytime from My account on this website, or by email/WhatsApp. When you cancel, no further payments are taken, and services continue until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank; please tell us too, so we can close your account properly.

2. Refunds before work starts

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and before we have started work (content plan, shoot or creatives), you will receive a full refund.

3. After work has started

Once work for a month has started, the fee for that month is non-refundable, because team time has been allocated to your account. Deliverables for that month will be completed as planned.

4. If we don't deliver

If we fail to deliver the agreed number of videos or carousel posts in a month for reasons within our control, we will either deliver the shortfall in the following month or refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis, at your choice.

5. Advertising budgets

Amounts paid to Meta, Google or other platforms for ads are governed by those platforms and are not refundable by BLOCKBUSTERS.

6. Customized packages and add-ons

Custom packages, shoots and one-time projects follow the payment and cancellation terms in the written quote. Shoot bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the shoot may be charged for the time and costs already committed.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method through Razorpay. A GST credit note is issued against the invoice. Your bank may take a few more days to credit it.

8. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or a payment failed but money was debited, contact us with the transaction ID and we will refund the extra amount within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
