Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website theblockbusters.in and to all services purchased from BLOCKBUSTERS, a proprietorship firm owned by Arnab Nayak ("BLOCKBUSTERS", "we", "us"). By using this website or subscribing to a package, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide social media management, content creation (videos/Reels, carousel posts, graphics), social media advertising management, video production, photography, website development and related digital marketing services, as described on our website or in a written quote. The number of videos and carousel posts per month is as stated in the package you subscribe to.

2. Packages, prices and taxes

• Package prices are per month and exclude 18% GST, which is added at payment. A GST tax invoice is emailed for every payment.
• Advertising budgets paid to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google or any other platform are not included in package prices.
• We may revise prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Existing subscriptions continue at the price you subscribed at unless you agree to the change.

3. Monthly subscription and auto-debit

• Packages are billed monthly in advance as a subscription through our payment gateway partner Razorpay, using UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate.
• By subscribing you authorise Razorpay to charge the package amount (including GST) every month on the renewal date until you cancel. Your bank or UPI app may notify you before each debit.
• Work for a month begins after the payment for that month is received. If a renewal payment fails, services for that month may be paused until payment is made.
• Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store them.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide logos, product information, photos, offers and access to social media pages/ad accounts in time.
• Review and approve content within 3 working days. Content not reviewed in this time may be treated as approved so that posting stays on schedule.
• Ensure all material you provide is owned by you or licensed, and that your products and offers comply with law and platform policies.

5. Approvals and revisions

Each creative includes up to two rounds of minor revisions (text, colours, small layout changes). New concepts or major changes after approval count as new creatives.

6. Unused deliverables

Deliverables are planned month by month. Unused videos or posts caused by delays in Client approvals or material do not carry forward unless we agree in writing.

7. Results

We work to improve your reach, engagement and enquiries, but social media and advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budgets and your product. We do not guarantee specific numbers of followers, leads or sales.

8. Intellectual property and portfolio

On full payment, the final creatives made for you may be used by you for your business. Working files, templates, music licensed to us and our methods remain ours. We may show work we created for you in our portfolio only with your permission.

9. Platform rules

Content and ads are subject to the policies of Meta, Google and other platforms. We are not responsible for ad rejections, account restrictions or reach changes caused by platform decisions, but we will help resolve them.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business information received from the other.

11. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your client account or by contacting us. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the month in which the claim arose.

13. Grievances

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kendrapara, Odisha shall have jurisdiction.
